This is an exciting professional growth opportunity in the field of children’s mental health.

We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate full-time Social Work Clinician to join our dynamic, team-oriented Mobile Mental Health Family Matters Program. This is an exciting opportunity for Social Workers/Mental Health Counselors who are passionate about children’s mental health and community-based services.

The compensation range is $60,000-$80,000, determined by licensure, plus a $5,000 differential for bilingual (English/Spanish) fluency.

Responsibilities:

As a valued member of our team, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Providing clinical and case management services in community-based settings, including homes, schools, and other off-site locations.

• Developing, implementing, and updating individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and families.

• Maintaining timely and accurate clinical documentation and required agency reports (e.g., clinician schedules, progress notes, treatment plans).

• Monitoring treatment goals and updating treatment plans on a regular basis.

• Collaborating with community partners, schools, and other service providers to ensure coordinated care.

• Providing crisis intervention and support as needed.

Requirements:

We are seeking candidates who possess the following qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Social Work or related clinical field.

• Eligible for or in possession of NYS licensure (LMSW/LCSW/LMHC).

• Ability to travel to different sites in the community; Access to a vehicle and valid driver’s license.

• Experience working with youth with mental health needs.

• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with culturally diverse populations.

• Collaborative and adaptable professional who values continuous learning and teamwork.

• Computer proficiency.
