Site Supervisor – Commercial High-Rise - 77027

Pay Rate: $26.25 per hour

We are seeking a professional, experienced, and results-driven Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations at a commercial high-rise property. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to build positive client relationships while maintaining high standards of service and employee accountability.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations and ensure client expectations are met.

• Lead, train, and manage employees while maintaining accountability and professionalism.

• Assist with hiring, onboarding, performance management, disciplinary actions, and termination processes.

• Work directly with clients to address concerns, resolve issues, and communicate operational updates.

• Maintain clear and professional oral and written communication with clients, employees, and management.

• Identify and resolve operational challenges while ensuring company policies and procedures are followed.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience.

• Commercial high-rise experience strongly preferred.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent customer service and client relationship management abilities.

• Proven ability to hold employees accountable in a fair, respectful, and professional manner.

• Experience with employee training, hiring, and performance management.

• Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and take ownership of site operations.
