Job Overview:

We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to support retail demo production for health and home hardware products. The role will focus on coordinating production activities, managing agency partners, and developing marketing content for unreleased devices and hardware.

Responsibilities:

• Support the planning, development, and production of retail demo marketing content for health and home hardware.

• Coordinate with up to four external vendor agencies to manage production activities and deliverables.

• Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and partner teams to align on requirements, timelines, and deliverables.

• Manage multiple production workstreams while ensuring quality, consistency, and timely execution.

• Support the development and refinement of visual and marketing assets using tools such as Figma.

• Collaborate with stakeholders throughout the production lifecycle, from planning through final delivery.

• Work with unreleased hardware and devices while maintaining a high level of discretion and attention to detail.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 6 years of experience in marketing, production, retail marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.

• Experience working cross-functionally with various stakeholders and teams.

• Experience managing or coordinating external agencies or production partners.

• Experience with Figma and Google Workspace/Google Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong experience in retail marketing and marketing production.

• Experience supporting hardware, consumer products, health, or home technology marketing.

• Strong project coordination, communication, and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple vendors, projects, and deadlines simultaneously.
