Description
Primary Responsibilities
As a Life Operations Intern, you may:
-
Maintain and update departmental SharePoint sites to ensure information is accurate, current, and easily accessible.
-
Assist with researching and resolving items identified on suspense reports.
-
Support the preparation and distribution of weekly production reports and related analytics.
-
Review and update departmental procedures and documentation to improve accuracy and consistency.
-
Collaborate with team members on operational projects and process improvement initiatives.
Preferred Areas of Study
Students pursuing a bachelor's degree in one of the following or a related field:

Business Administration

Finance
Preferred Skills
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Familiarity with SharePoint
-
Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems and applications

Experience working with Microsoft Office applications

Strong attention to detail

Excellent organizational skills

Effective verbal and written communication
