We are currently searching for our newest Clinical Pharmacist - Internal Med/Hem/Onc/Infusion Center who is passionate about providing outstanding customer service to our community.

Clinical Pharmacist position details:

  • Facility: Morton Plant Hospital

  • Location: Clearwater, FL

  • Status: Full time, exempt

  • Shift: Variable

  • Weekend Work: Every 3rd

  • On Call: No

Clinical Pharmacist Responsibilities:

  • The clinical pharmacist shall support the mission of the hospital and pharmacy department by preventing, identifying and resolving drug related problems to assure patient safety improve patient satisfaction and minimize costs.

Certifications and Licensure:

  • Required: Pharmacist – State of FL

  • Preferred: Completion of ASHP Accredited PGY1 Pharmacy Residency

Requirements:

  • Required: Bachelor’s Degree

  • Preferred: PharmD, Acute Care Experience
