Full job description

CScale is building the interconnect for gigawatt-scale AI. As AI scale-up moves toward deployments spanning thousands of accelerators and dozens of racks, the network needs to deliver high bandwidth, predictable low latency, and continuous communication. CScale is building integrated optical interconnect designed for this new scale, enabling accelerators to work together like a single, much larger computer. But at this scale, performance is only part of the challenge. Optical failures are inevitable, and the system needs to keep running. CScale is designing the interconnect for continuity. Lasers will fail. Compute shouldn’t. The ambition is simple: Build AI interconnect you can take for granted. CScale came out of stealth in September 2026 with $145 million in Series C funding, bringing total funding to $188 million.

The Supply Chain Scheduler is responsible for coordinating and optimizing the flow of materials, components, and finished goods across the supply chain to ensure on-time delivery to vendors, contract manufacturers, and internal stakeholders. This role sits at the intersection of procurement, logistics, and operations, serving as the central point of control for material timing and sequencing. Note: This is a contract position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain master material schedules aligned with production plans, demand forecasts, and vendor lead times

  • Coordinate inbound and outbound material flow across multiple vendors, CMs, and distribution points

  • Monitor purchase orders, work orders, and shipment status; proactively identify and resolve schedule conflicts or delays

  • Communicate schedule changes to procurement, logistics, and vendor partners with clear lead time

  • Manage buffer inventory levels and safety stock to absorb supply chain variability

  • Drive escalations when material availability threatens production or delivery commitments

  • Maintain scheduling data in ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.)

  • Partner with procurement on supplier capacity and lead time negotiations

Qualifications

  • 5-10 years in supply chain, materials planning, or operations roles

  • Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems; advanced Excel or planning tools

  • Strong understanding of lead times, MOQs, safety stock, and capacity constraints

  • Experience in semiconductor/electronics required, multi-die packging preferred

  • Excellent cross-functional communication skills
