Real Estate Editing Expert

Description Imagen is looking for a Real Estate Editing Expert to help shape our Real Estate product. You will set the standard for what world-class real estate photo editing looks like at Imagen. The role is mostly advisory, with some hands-on editing. It starts at 60% on a freelance contract, with the potential to grow into a full-time freelance position in the near future.

Responsibilities

  • Define and own the standard for world-class real estate photo editing at Imagen.
  • Advise the product team on real estate editing quality, style and consistency.
  • Review edited results and give clear, structured feedback.
  • Edit hands-on when needed, including reference and example edits.
  • Help build and scale a team of freelance editors: recruit, onboard, set guidelines and review their work.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a professional real estate photo editor, with a portfolio that shows world-class work.
  • Strong hands-on editing skills: HDR bracket blending, flambient, window pulls, color correction, white balance, vertical correction, sky replacement and virtual twilight.
  • Experience leading, training or managing other editors, or the ability to scale a team of freelance editors.
  • Availability of 60%, with openness to a full-time freelance contract.
  • Native-level Hebrew and high proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop - a must.
