Full job description

About Clark Clark is building the trust infrastructure for the AI economy. We support firms in high-trust environments—where reliability, accuracy, and security are as critical as product functionality—by automating complex workflows, enabling safe AI deployment, and driving operational rigor. As we scale, we're assembling a high-impact team that thrives on ownership and outcomes.

The Role We're seeking a Partnership Lead to drive and execute Clark's partnership strategy. In this high-ownership role, you will identify, establish, and nurture strategic partnerships to accelerate our growth and market reach. You’ll work closely with Clark's founders and cross-functional teams to develop, negotiate, and close partnership agreements that add significant value to our business.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and own Clark’s partnership strategy, from pipeline building to deal execution

  • Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with key partners across technology, services, and industry sectors

  • Forge new alliances that enhance Clark’s offering, expand our reach, and contribute to revenue growth

  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to identify opportunities for joint initiatives and integrated solutions

  • Represent Clark at industry events, conferences, and in partner-facing engagements

  • Establish reporting and measurement systems to track partnership impact and ROI

  • Continuously refine partnership processes for scale and efficiency

Who You Are

  • 2+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or a related field, ideally within B2B technology or SaaS

  • Proven track record of identifying, negotiating, and managing complex partnerships

  • Outstanding communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-ownership, and fully onsite environment

  • Creative, adaptable, and driven to build from zero

  • Highly organized with strong project management instincts

  • Ambitious and excited to make a direct impact in an early-stage company

Bonus

  • Experience partnering with enterprise clients, AI, or infrastructure-related companies

  • Partnership experience at an early-stage startup

  • Understanding of accounting, audit, or high-trust service sectors

How We Work

  • Fully onsite in NYC, five days a week — not remote or hybrid

  • High pace, high ownership, and direct access to founders

  • You own your outcomes and get real recognition for successes

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive salary + meaningful early-stage equity

  • Comprehensive healthcare, dental, and vision coverage

  • Unlimited PTO (and we mean it)

  • Wellhub Platinum membership (gyms, studios, wellness apps)

  • Dinner covered every night you’re in the office

  • Top-tier equipment and tools of your choice
