Full job description

A Snapshot of Your Day

As a PM/Sourcing Manager for Exhaust Systems, you will work within international proposal and execution teams to manage sourcing activities, supplier performance, and commercial responsibilities for exhaust systems and related equipment. You will collaborate closely with Project Management, Engineering, Logistics, and suppliers to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with quality and safety requirements. Your day will include evaluating customer specifications, developing sourcing strategies, leading supplier negotiations, and supporting project execution from proposal through completion.

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Lead sourcing and commercial activities for Exhaust Systems projects during proposal and execution phases.

  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies that support cost, quality, delivery, and business objectives.

  • Evaluate customer and project requirements and prepare commercial specifications and inquiry packages.

  • Manage supplier selection, bid evaluations, contract negotiations, and contract execution activities.

  • Monitor supplier performance to ensure compliance with project schedules, quality standards, and cost commitments.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Project Management, Logistics, and Site Operations to deliver successful project outcomes.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, supplier management, project management, or contract management within exhaust systems, power generation, EPC projects, industrial equipment, or related industries.

  • Experience negotiating commercial agreements and managing supplier and contractor performance throughout project lifecycles.

  • Strong knowledge of sourcing, procurement, and project execution processes with the ability to manage competing priorities in a global environment.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
