FTE: 1.000000 Standard Hours: 40.00 Shift: Shift 1 Job Summary: To provide a safe environment for staff/patients and visitors. Coordinates Facility Projects to ensure a safe, timely and economical completion, compliance with codes and regulations, customer satisfaction, quality standards. Scope of projects include moderate costs, risk and visibility. Other duties as assigned. EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION: A minimum of 4 years of related work experience necessary involving renovation and/or remodeling projects which include but is not limited to: Blue print reading. (Auto CAD experience necessary); obtaining contractor proposals; Outside contractor coordination/supervision is required. Prior experience in work delegation is preferred. EDUCATION DESCRIPTION: Bachelor of Science (Mechanical, Electrical, Architect), or equivalent is required. In lieu of educational requirement 6 years of experience is required.
