Treatment Foster Care Family Specialist II – Bachelor’s Degree

Job Type(s):Full-Time

Location(s):Ellsworth, Maine and Lincoln, Maine and Manchester, Maine and Skowhegan, Maine

Education:Bachelor's Degree required (Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or related field preferred)

Experience:Some experience working with children and/or children and families required. Experience working with children with behavioral challenges preferred.

Job Description

This position works within our Treatment Foster Care Program and is a key role within the TFC team. The FS II is a diverse position offering opportunities to work with children, birth families, resource families, DHHS, and outside providers. It is a role that requires organization, timely and accurate documentation, effective communication, and teamwork. If you enjoy working with children, being creative, and helping kids build emotional regulation skills in fun and meaningful ways, this might be the perfect opportunity for you! Annual Salary Range – $45,300 to $49,920

CHCS believes in the importance of work-life balance, we offer generous leave time with paid sick & vacation time plus seven paid holidays and five paid float holiday time to our full-time staff and pro-rated time for part-time staff.
