Job Title: Production Supervisor

Location: Louisville, KY

Pay Rate: $39/hour

Overview:

We are seeking a resilient, detail-oriented, and ambitious Production Supervisor to join our team. This supervisory leadership role offers on-the-job training, development opportunities, and clear pathways for career progression. Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, evaluate, and empower an hourly team producing manufactured products

• Organize workflow to meet quality and daily productivity requirements

• Ensure safety, quality, and productivity objectives are achieved by coaching standardized work and verifying that lines run safely, smoothly, and produce quality parts

• Drive for excellence in personal, team, and company goals by holding self and team to high performance standards with servant leadership

• Build strong interpersonal relationships with hourly team members, union representatives, and management teams

• Administer the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) consistently and effectively

• Foster a collaborative culture valuing different opinions, ideas, and perspectives

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong problem-solving and management skills

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a Material Planning and Logistics manufacturing environment

• Ability to work rotating shifts and hours, including nights and weekends

• High School Diploma or GED

• Additional safety training, licensing, and personal protection requirements may apply
