This role is ideal for experienced field leaders who thrive in fast-paced, high-profile construction environments and are passionate about developing teams, driving productivity, and delivering exceptional results. Key Responsibilities - Lead and direct all field personnel assigned to electrical construction projects - Manage day-to-day field operations for mission critical/data center projects - Coordinate manpower, production schedules, materials, tooling, and equipment - Ensure compliance with NEC requirements, project specifications, and company standards - Drive project safety performance and enforce company safety policies - Conduct field planning, scheduling, reporting, and daily coordination meetings - Support project productivity, quality control, and budget goals - Coordinate with Project Managers, subcontractors, vendors, and customers - Mentor foremen, electricians, and field leadership teams - Support fabrication and prefabrication opportunities to improve efficiency - Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and field communication Preferred Experience & Qualifications - 6+ years of electrical construction experience - Prior Superintendent or Foreman leadership experience preferred - Strong experience in: - Mission Critical Construction - Data Centers - Commercial Electrical Construction - Industrial Electrical Construction - Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) - OSHA 30 Certification preferred - CPR and First Aid training preferred - Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills - Ability to manage fast-paced, complex construction projects - Experience coordinating large field teams and multiple trades - Proficient with construction technology, documentation, and reporting systems Travel & Relocation Opportunities Ace Electric is currently hiring for: Dedicated Travel Teams supporting mission critical projects Local teams in: Columbu
