We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit. This role involves providing high-quality care to critically ill patients in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. General Information * Number of Beds: 24 * Number of Staff: 46 * Patient Ratios: 1:2 (1:3 for PCU boarders, 1:1 for sitters or higher acuity- IABP, CRRT, open hearts) * Unit Staffing Description: 1 CCT/US during day shift if > 10 patients * Documentation System: EPIC * Scheduling Requirements: Straight nights or 50/50 * Floating Policy: PCU or as a sitter anywhere in hospital inpatient Typical Hiring Profile * Must Have: 2 years of ICU experience, will consider 1 year strong experience List of Typical Procedures Performed on Unit(s) * Rapid Sequence Intubations * Central line placements * Experience with ventilators, vasopressors, restraint use, arterial lines, and other ICU skills Procedures Performed on Unit * Central line placement * Bronchoscopy * Intubation * Arterial line placement * Chest tube placement Best Personality Fit * Outgoing, team player Required Certifications * ACLS Floating Areas * PCU Dress Code * Scrub Color/Attire - Caribbean Blue Weekends and On Call * 3 weekend shifts within a 4 week period About Equiliem Equiliem believes in empowering success.
