- Supervision & Safety: Monitor children during after-school or aftercare hours. - Academic Support: Assist with homework, reading, and study skills. - Social & Emotional Support: Encourage positive interactions, conflict resolution, and self-confidence. - Activities & Recreation: Organize and lead after-school activities, sports, or enrichment programs. - Behavior Guidance: Set clear expectations and address behavioral issues. - Parent Communication: Update parents on attendance, behavior, and activities. - Safety & Security: Ensure the facility is secure and children are accounted for at all times.
