Sr. AI Analyst

Job Description

Our client is seeking a Senior AI Analyst to lead enterprise AI initiatives from discovery through implementation. This individual will work cross-functionally with business and technical teams to identify opportunities, gather requirements, define solutions, and drive adoption of AI and automation tools.

The ideal candidate has experience owning projects end-to-end, implementing enterprise technology at scale, and translating business problems into actionable solutions. This is an individual contributor role with an opportunity to mentor and guide others.

Skills and Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as an AI Analyst, Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role.
• Demonstrated ownership of projects from discovery through delivery.
• Experience implementing enterprise technology or AI solutions at scale.
• Strong requirements gathering, business analysis, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Experience working across business and technology teams.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in a regulated industry (financial services, mortgage, healthcare, etc.).
• Power BI and SQL experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude, or similar AI platforms.
• Microsoft Power Platform experience.
• Business process consulting experience.
• Leadership or mentorship experience.
