Pay Structure: Hourly Base + Uncapped CommissionExpected Total Compensation: $55,000 - $100,000+ per yearJoin a team where your income isn't capped by a clock. This role features a reliable hourly rate supplemented by incentive program based on sales and production. 1. Entry-level performers: Typically earn $55k-$65k. 2. High-volume performers: Typically earn $80k-$100k+. We're also offering a $1,500 for new hires!! What do our Pest Control Technicians do? The primary purpose of this role is to perform our industry leading pest management services for residential customers. You will be responsible for identifying and eliminating pests from residential properties by conducting thorough inspections, determining the type of pest infestation, applying appropriate treatments like pesticides and traps, and providing preventative measures to prevent future infestations, all while adhering to safety regulations and communicating with clients about pest control solutions . Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: 1. Conduct thorough inspections of client properties to identify signs of pest infestations, damage, and entry points 2. Apply approved pest control products, including chemicals, baits, and traps, to effectively eliminate pests while adhering to safety standards 3. Educate customers on pest prevention methods and the importance of maintaining a pest-free environment. Provide advice on how to reduce the risk of future infestations. 4. Build relationships with customers, schedule and confirm their appointments, help with sales to current customers, and expand our product to new customers 5. Ensure that all pest control equipment is properly maintained, stocked, and in good working condition 6. Adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations regarding pest control products and safety protocols 7. Drive and safely operate a company provided service vehicle (we provide routine maintenance) Essential Job Functions: 1. Working in tight, confined spaces such as basements, attics, crawl spaces, narrow aisles, or passageways 2. Working around animals, insects and termites 3. You'll sometimes be working around mechanical parts, vehicles, electrical current, heights and scaffolding, fumes, dust, and chemicals, and we'll train you how to handle all of these conditions safely 4. Able to work both inside and outside in your local climate in company-provided weather gear 5. Lots of moving around - regularly sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling, up and down stairs, ladders, scaffolding, ramps, and poles 6. You'll need to wear personal protective equipment (PPE), like an OSHA-compliant respirator What do you need? 1. Clean shaven face- for safety reasons (rebreathers have to be able to seal your face) 2. High school diploma or GED; related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience 3. Successfully meet pre-employment background screen 4. Possess a state valid driver's license and undergo motor vehicle driving record check (Company vehicle and gas card provided) 5. Licenses/certificates as required by federal, state, and/or local regulations (covered by us) 6. Available to work Monday-Friday and weekends as needed 7. Open to learning and becoming knowledge ble in all areas of pest control 8. Solid reading, writing, and verbal communication skills 9. Basic math skills - You'll need to be able to follow instructions for mixing on product labels 10.
