Google’s Search Intelligence (SI) team is seeking a strategic Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join Search Health. In this role, you will lead our mission to help billions of people live healthier lives by activating seamless, trusted care-paths for every health journey. As a strategic program lead and thought partner, you will own the end-to-end delivery of complex, ambiguous initiatives, setting ambitious goals while collaborating closely with engineering, product, and cross-Product Area partners like DeepMind.

You will bring structure to long-term projects by building effective program teams, aligning stakeholders, and managing critical paths for rapid execution. By proactively identifying risks and managing constructive escalations, you will unblock obstacles and ensure successful program outcomes. Utilizing advanced planning, communication, and technical domain knowledge, you will confidently represent programs from both business and engineering perspectives.

Additionally, you will leverage advanced AI tools and agentic solutions to drive automation, elevate operational velocity, and foster a continuous improvement mindset. Responsibilities

  • Drive complex, end-to-end Search Health initiatives from conception to completion, navigating ambiguity and managing critical paths for rapid execution.

  • Align executive cross-functional stakeholders across disparate groups, building consensus and driving key business, technical, and operational decisions.

  • Build and lead effective program teams, proactively identifying risks, resolving dependencies, and managing constructive escalations to unblock obstacles.

  • Advocate downstream change management and process enhancements, leveraging metrics to make data-informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.

  • Leverage advanced AI and agentic tools to automate workflows, accelerate delivery velocity, and represent program health across engineering and business domains.
