Job Overview: IQ Resource Group is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Embroidery Production Associate to join a growing team. This position is ideal for someone with embroidery experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced production environment and takes pride in producing high-quality finished products. Job Duties: Operate embroidery machines to produce customized apparel and promotional products Set up and monitor embroidery jobs to ensure quality standards are met Inspect finished products for accuracy, quality, and consistency Trim threads, prepare items for packaging, and complete final quality checks Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow production schedules and meet daily output goals Assist with other production duties as needed ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Previous embroidery experience required Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good hand-eye coordination and organizational skills Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks Reliable attendance and strong work ethic ***** APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: Apply In Person: IQ Resource Group 1400 W.
