Primary Function

A marketing team at our global technology client is seeking a highly organized and proactive ISV Program Manager to support commercial client ecosystem initiatives. This role will help drive Independent Software Vendor (ISV) programs, with a strong focus on technical content development and cross-functional project management across the Client’s commercial software ecosystem.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple projects simultaneously, and is comfortable working with internal and external stakeholders, including agencies.

Duties & Responsibilities

Content Development

Based on direction from the Commercial Business Development team, write, publish, promote, and manage marketing content, including solution briefs, demo video scripts, blogs, and case studies, to promote joint Client + ISV solutions in the market

Work with the marketing and social media team to promote ISV content, and prioritize different ISV engagements within the team

Deliver design-ready drafts of joint Client + ISV content under tight deadlines by gathering technical and business input from Client and ISV subject matter experts

Act as the subject matter expert (SME) and point of contact for the design team to ensure timely delivery of technically accurate content

Drive the legal approval process to ensure all marketing content meets Client legal requirements

Project Management

Publish final content assets on internal and external channels for consumption by sales, partners, and customers

Maintain a content development calendar in close partnership with the Commercial team, tracking new, work-in-progress, and published content assets

Ensure projects remain on schedule and stakeholders remain aligned

Support additional work as needed to drive AI PC ISV technical marketing and communicate technical benefits to assigned stakeholders

Collaborate across marketing, product, partner, and vendor teams to ensure seamless execution of content programs

Track, analyze, and report on content performance and program success metrics

Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, ISV partners, and external vendors

Work in a proactive and professional manner to deliver the highest level of service

Skills & Qualifications

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Experience managing multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously

Strong stakeholder management skills

High attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under pressure

Ability to interface effectively with clients, partners, and vendors to build productive relationships

Professional presence with strong customer service orientation

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Proficiency with AI tools, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Teams, and project tracking tools

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred

5+ years of experience in partner marketing, product marketing, alliance marketing, campaign management, program management, or ecosystem marketing

Experience creating marketing and sales enablement assets

Familiarity with content publishing workflows and approval processes

Experience in B2B technology marketing preferred

Familiarity with AI, commercial PCs, enterprise software, security, endpoint management, or ecosystem marketing preferred

Experience working with agencies and external partners preferred
