GTM Program Manager Description - Job Summary Specialty Printing & Technology Solutions (SPTS) is looking for a highly motivated and strategic Go-to-Market (GTM) Program Manager to drive commercial readiness, market activation, and business growth initiatives across our specialty printing portfolio.

SPTS brings HP’s industry‑leading Thermal Inkjet (TIJ) technologies—including TIJ 2.5, 4.0, and 5.0—to market through a global network of OEM partners. These partners create innovative specialty printers used in diverse, fast‑growing applications such as Coding & Marking, Packaging, Specialty Industrial Applications, and Direct Mail, extending HP technology far beyond its traditional markets.

This role serves as a critical bridge between product management, marketing, sales, and OEM partners to ensure successful launch execution and sustained business performance. In this role, you’ll lead complex cross-functional programs, coordinate global stakeholder engagement, develop market strategies, and drive execution of campaigns, partner initiatives, case study creation, and other growth programs that accelerate adoption of HP technologies and solutions.

Responsibilities Program Leadership

  • Drive accountability across multiple stakeholders and business functions.
  • Facilitate program reviews, executive updates, and governance forums.
  • Identify risks and dependencies and develop mitigation plans

Market Activation & Demand Generation

  • Partner with regional marketing teams to execute campaigns, promotions, and customer engagement programs.
  • Support development of sales enablement assets, customer communications, and competitive positioning materials.
  • Coordinate global and regional initiatives to increase market awareness and customer adoption

Partner & Channel Engagement

  • Collaborate with strategic partners and channel organizations to improve market reach and business performance.
  • Develop programs that strengthen partner engagement, education, and enablement.
  • Support initiatives that drive preference for HP technologies and solutions within target markets.

Industry Association & Media Relationships

  • Strengthen industry influence through strategic engagement with trade associations and market intelligence initiatives that support SPTS growth.
  • Drive awareness and positive market perception of HP Thermal Inkjet solutions through targeted media and influencer engagement in partnership with Marketing Communications.

Trademark and Brand Management

  • Lead ingredient branding initiatives aligned with HP's corporate brand strategy and partner ecosystem.
  • Drive awareness and differentiation of HP Thermal Inkjet solutions through direct and partner-led go-to-market programs.

Education & Experience Recommended

  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
  • Typically has 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in marketing, sales, channel, or a related field.

Salary The pay range for this role is $116,150 to $182,400 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
