Full job description

A child care aide supports lead teachers and center staff by ensuring child safety, organizing daily activities, and assisting with personal care routines. Classroom ages range from 2-5 years of age. Supervision: Monitor children during indoor play, outdoor activities, and rest times to maintain safety. Activities: Help lead arts and crafts, storytelling, games, and support homework completion. Care: Prepare snacks, assist with meals, and help with bathroom routines or diaper changing. Environment: Keep play areas clean, sanitized, and organized throughout the day.
