The Warehouse Operations Associate is a key member of our depot team, overseeing shipping, receiving, and inventory management, as well as hands-on fleet upkeep-including preventative maintenance, cleaning, loading, and regular calibration. This role is also essential for maintaining food safety and regulatory compliance through rigorous cleaning and maintenance, while actively supporting workplace safety initiatives. Oversee the safe receiving of cooking oil tankers. Verifying load specifications against COAs and executing the secure connection and removal of tankers in accordance with environmental and safety containment protocols. Maintain warehouse organization: including accurate receiving and reconciliation of orders and inventory, and partnering with leadership to process corporate repair bins and returns.
