Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Contract Administrator to support contract operations for a hybrid Contract position based in Arden Hills, Minnesota. In this role, you will coordinate key administrative activities across the full contract lifecycle, working with internal teams to keep records accurate, organized, and compliant. This opportunity is well suited for someone who communicates effectively, stays organized in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys improving processes that support efficient contract administration.
Responsibilities:

Manage contract activity from initial setup through execution, maintenance, and renewal while ensuring documentation is complete and properly recorded.

Administer contract updates and new entries within designated internal systems, applying company guidelines and maintaining data accuracy.

Monitor and respond to contract-related questions and service requests through case management tools, providing timely support to stakeholders.

Partner with teams such as Pricing, Contracting, IT, customer-facing support, and other business functions to coordinate contract administration needs.

Review existing workflows, identify inefficiencies, and recommend practical changes that strengthen consistency and turnaround times.

Maintain tracking methods and reporting tools that help the team follow contract status, outstanding items, and key deadlines.

Serve as a knowledgeable resource for contract administration practices, offering guidance to colleagues on processes and system usage.

Assist with onboarding and training support for team members by explaining procedures and helping reinforce operational standards.
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.

At least 1 year of relevant business experience in contract administration or a related operational environment.

Strong organizational skills with close attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work effectively both independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Clear written and verbal communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities.

Experience supporting process improvement efforts or project-based work is preferred.

Must be authorized to work in the United States and be eligible to work in the U.S. now and in the future.
