Full job description

Description We are looking for a Project Coordinator - ENT to support technical initiatives and process improvement efforts within a machinery manufacturing environment in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who can keep projects organized, maintain accurate records, and help teams stay aligned on timelines and deliverables. The role requires strong coordination skills, clear communication, and the ability to manage reporting and documentation across multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate day-to-day activities for technical and operational improvement projects, helping teams stay on track with milestones and deliverables.

  • Create, organize, and maintain project records, status updates, and supporting documentation to ensure accuracy and accessibility.

  • Monitor schedules, follow up on action items, and highlight timeline risks or delays to appropriate stakeholders.

  • Develop and update tracking tools, logs, and reporting templates that improve visibility into project progress and productivity.

  • Prepare summaries, reports, and presentations for project teams, business partners, and leadership audiences.

  • Support collaboration across operations, vendors, and internal stakeholders to keep project tasks moving efficiently.

  • Assist with planning meetings, documenting key decisions, and capturing next steps for ongoing initiatives.

  • Contribute to process improvement efforts by gathering data, analyzing progress, and recommending practical coordination support methods. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree required.

  • Previous experience supporting project coordination, project management, or process improvement initiatives.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively across diverse stakeholder groups.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience preparing reports, trackers, and documentation.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage schedules, maintain organized records, and handle multiple priorities at once.

  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and the ability to monitor progress through data and reporting.

  • Familiarity with project management practices, planning tools, or Agile-based coordination approaches is preferred. TalentMatch®
