The pay range is $73,000.00 - $132,000.00 Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience and certifications. A role in Buying means working with a diverse group of vendors to deliver compelling product assortments both in-store and online. Our Buyers bring together guest insights, market trends, financial acumen, and creativity to develop strategies that drive growth and deliver an exceptional guest experience. Through strong cross-functional partnerships, you'll have the opportunity to influence category direction, shape assortments, and bring new and innovative products to our guests.

As a Buyer, you'll drive omnichannel growth by developing profitable, guest-focused assortments and strategies. You'll leverage insights into shopping behaviors, competitive trends, and business performance to identify opportunities, influence vendor partnerships, and deliver results. You'll lead cross-functional teams, manage sales and margin goals, and collaborate with key partners across merchandising, planning, product development, pricing, promotions, and more.

Buyer, Cough/Cold/Immunity & Wellness Testing Lead a highly dynamic and seasonal business focused on helping guests meet their everyday health and wellness needs. This role offers the opportunity to drive category strategy, navigate evolving guest trends, strengthen vendor partnerships, and accelerate growth through innovation and assortment development across established and emerging brands.

Buyer, Allergy & Health & Wellness Owned Brand Support Lead a key health and wellness category while helping shape the future of Target's owned brand portfolio. This role combines category strategy and business ownership with opportunities to influence product innovation, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate across teams to deliver differentiated, affordable solutions for our guests.

Buyer, Male Hair Care, Personal Care Minis & Health & Wellness In-Store Experiences Lead multiple personal care categories while helping shape how Health & Wellness comes to life throughout Target stores. This role blends category ownership with broader merchandising leadership, creating opportunities to influence seasonal experiences, product discovery, and in-store merchandising strategies that inspire guests and drive growth.

Across all three opportunities, you'll have the ability to influence business strategy, build strong partnerships, and drive meaningful results in a fast-paced, evolving retail environment.

• Four-year degree or equivalent experience
• 1+ years of Merchandising experience
• Strong strategic and analytical skills to grow a business

This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target’s needs. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member’s core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually, depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day.
