Summary You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PROGRAM MANAGER DIRECTOR OF RESOURCES AND OPERATION in AIR TEST AND EVALUATION SQUADRON TWO ZERO of NAVTESTWINGLANT NWCF. Responsibilities You will make strategic planning decisions affecting squadron operations while providing continuity and corporate knowledge of squadron functions and a forward-looking visionary view as to the direction of squadron work. You will establish, and be responsible for the technical, administrative, and financial management of the squadron. You will make decisions involving the recruiting, selection, training, evaluating, awarding and disciplining of subordinate civil service employees. You will support special studies, initiatives, and responses to programs and data calls. You will assess the technical progress of programs. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1.) Leadership - experience leading teams, mentoring, and managing performance of teams and individuals. 2.) Acquisition and Test Execution - experience in the NAVAIR acquisition process, test program cost, schedule, and performance management, and test planning, coordination, execution, and risk management. 3.) Resource Optimization - experience with planning, optimizing, and executing with critical resources in support of mission accomplishment. 4.)
