As a Physical Security Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of Physical Security programs and technologies that protect company assets and support shrink reduction and safety goals across the organization. This role assists in the deployment and support of Physical Security systems, coordinates activities with vendors and internal partners and helps ensure established standards, processes and technical requirements are consistently applied across Stores, Supply Chain facilities and offices. The position serves as a key resource within the Loss Prevention organization by supporting project execution, system performance, issue resolution and technology initiative deployments.

What You’ll Do

• Confirms site readiness, equipment availability, vendor assignments, installation schedules and internal dependencies before work begins
• Tracks project milestones, open items and vendor deliverables and escalates potential issues
• Validates completed work against approved requirements, documents deficiencies and coordinates action plans for correction
• Monitors the condition and performance of Physical Security systems to include CCTV, Intrusion, Access Control, Electronic Article Surveillance, etc.
• Coordinates service for repair and warranty activities with vendors and internal teams
• Supports technology evaluations and pilots by completing assigned testing, documenting results and gathering stakeholder feedback
• Serves as an operational point-of-contact for installation concerns, system performance issues, resolving routine issues and escalating complex ones
• Performs other duties as assigned

What You’ll Bring

• 1–3+ years of experience in physical security, loss prevention or Retail
• Strong knowledge of CCTV, access control, intrusion systems and integrated security platforms preferred
• Experience leveraging vendors, integrators and participating in large scale projects
• Excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills
• Ability to travel as required

This position has a starting salary range of USD $65,000.00 to $81,200.00 per year. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
