Full job description
Our client is seeking a Digital Operations Associate to join their team. As a Digital Operations Associate, you will be part of the Digital Operations team supporting economic model development and quality review. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and the confidence to work across Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Excel to deliver accurate, brand-compliant digital collateral.

Location: 14900 Deveau Pl, Minnetonka, MN, 55345 USA (Onsite)
Pay Rate: $29/hr on w2
What's the Job?
-
Support the development, maintenance, and quality review of economic modeling tools and related collateral.

Export content from Adobe InDesign to Excel (via CSV) and validate content accuracy and document integrity.

Update and validate Excel models, including applying required formatting, formulas, and external data links.

Link Excel models back to Adobe InDesign materials and ensure content accuracy through ongoing review checks.

Manage the review workflow by creating PDF redlines and submitting, reviewing, and revising collateral through Robohead approval processes.
What's Needed?

Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas and formatting.

Proficiency with Adobe InDesign.

Experience with content review, redlining, and approval workflows.

Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum education requirement: Bachelors degree (field not specified).
