Title: Manager, Pricing AI & Commercial Excellence - 125082

Onsite/Remote: Onsite Position

Your Responsibilities

As a Manager, Pricing AI & Commercial Excellence for JD Construction & Forestry located in Moline, IL , you will:

  • Use AI, analytics, competitive intelligence, and scalable processes to improve pricing decisions, deal quality, speed to decision, and revenue outcomes.

  • Work across Pricing, Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management, Finance, and Dealer Development, this role translates complex data into practical guidance leaders, dealers, and sales teams can confidently execute.

  • The position drives adoption of AI-enabled pricing capabilities that can scale and help C&F anticipate market shifts, optimize commercial decisions, and strengthen margin performance.

What Skills You Need

  • Experience applying analytics to commercial decision-making environments.

  • Experience building pricing, forecasting, optimization, or predictive models.

  • Demonstrated success influencing business decisions through data and insights.

  • Ability to simplify complex analytical concepts for non-technical audiences including strong data analysis and visualization skills.

  • Knowledge of AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics techniques.

  • Experience working with large, fragmented commercial datasets.

  • Strong commercial acumen and business judgment.

What Makes You Stand Out

  • Ability to work with field sales teams, dealers, distributors, or channel partners.

  • Experience with CRM and other marketing platforms.

  • Experience partnering with sales, finance, pricing, dealer, and leadership stakeholders.

  • Understanding of pricing strategy, margin management, and revenue optimization principles.

  • Familiarity with Construction industry and jobsite solutions.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Economics, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
