You'll combine financial expertise with a people-first approach to create empowering experiences, making banking feel easy, personal, and worth coming back to.Essential Functions * Be a trusted point of connection in the financial center, creating seamless customer experiences. * Partner with teammates to maintain a welcoming, customer-ready environment. * Ask purposeful questions and listen deeply to uncover meaningful financial goals. * Provide guidance that helps customers make informed financial decisions. * Guide customers through account selection and opening with accuracy and efficiency. * Recommend products and services that support customers' financial goals. * Complete transactions with accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail. * Deepen relationships through proactive follow-up, reliability, and personalized service. * Build new relationships through community involvement, referrals, and networking opportunities. * Manage and grow customer relationships through proactive outreach and ongoing financial conversations. * Connect customers with Mortgage, Business Banking, Wealth, and other specialized partners. * Meet performance goals related to customer experience, growth, and financial wellness. * Maintain operational soundness by following policies, procedures, and risk management practices. * Perform other duties as assigned to support financial center operations.Additional Essential Functions * Ensure compliance with Northwest's policies and procedures, and Federal/State regulations * Navigate Microsoft Office Software, computer applications, and software specific to the department in order to maximize technology tools and gain efficiency * Work as part of a team * Work with on-site equipmentWhat You Bring to the Team * Naturally people-focused with strong, clear communication skills and curiosity * Motivated to learn and grow * Comfortable leading deeper financial with conversations that align needs to meaningful lead to solutions * Detail-oriented and confident with technology * Team player with a positive, professional presenceQUALIFICATIONSEducation * High School Diploma or equivalent preferredWork Experience * Customer service, retail, or sales experience preferredThe pay range for this position is generally $19.70 - $26.00 per hour.Actual pay is based on variousfactorsincluding but not limited to the successful candidate's experience, skills, and knowledge.Additional bonus earning opportunities and benefits are also available.#LI-HK1Northwest is an equal opportunity employer.
