And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

The Experience Collectors are directly responsible for converting the accounts receivable portfolio into cash, positively impacting Salesforce’s cash flow by collecting payments directly from customers.

Healthy cash flow is viewed by the investment community as both an efficiency and financial measure, and it is a component of our stock price. It also funds operating expenses as well as investments in research and development, enabling us to fuel growth.

In this role, you will manage an assigned Enterprise portfolio and drive process improvement across all market segments within collections. You will also support non-standard collection efforts through M&A, AWS, Mulesoft, Tableau and more, positioning yourself as a go-to expert for both core and specialty collections.

What You’ll Actually Be Doing

  • Manage an assigned Enterprise portfolio, balancing standard collection efforts and process improvement initiatives with support for M&A, AWS, Tableau, Mulesoft, and other specialty collections.
  • Evaluate account solvency and customer willingness to pay, facilitate payments by providing required documentation (e.g., invoices, payment instructions), and negotiate payment plans for distressed accounts per the established approval matrix.
  • Resolve billing disputes with Sales Operations, Sales teams, and other internal stakeholders; escalate significant payment issues to Collections and Sales management; and partner with Credit Analysts on financially distressed accounts.
  • Perform collection activities in line with Salesforce’s policies and processes, including executing account suspensions on delinquent accounts, providing suspended account details to the Write-Off and Bad Debt team, and contributing to process improvement projects as assigned.

You’re Our Person If...

  • Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the Values & Behaviors for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.).
  • Minimum of 1 year of credit collections experience in a high-growth environment (or equivalent), including experience contributing to process improvement initiatives and/or project management.
  • Strong organizational and customer relationship skills to manage high transaction volumes and a variety of customer interactions.
  • Demonstrated initiative and curiosity, including actively experimenting with AI tools; ability to thrive in a team, work independently, manage competing priorities, and deliver accurate results on deadline in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Unleash Your Potential When you join Salesforce, you’ll be limitless in all areas of your life. Our benefits and resources support you to find balance and be your best, and our AI agents accelerate your impact so you can do your best. Together, we’ll bring the power of Agentforce to organizations of all sizes and deliver amazing experiences that customers love. Apply today to not only shape the future — but to redefine what’s possible — for yourself, for AI, and the world.
