Brief Job Description:

The Operations Coordinator supports business operations by coordinating workflows, tracking projects, maintaining documentation, and helping teams improve efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily operational activities across departments

• Track schedules, deliverables, and service levels

• Prepare reports, dashboards, and operational updates

• Assist with process improvement initiatives

• Manage vendor communication and internal follow-up

• Maintain records, procedures, and operational documentation

Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience

• 2+ years of operations, administrative, or project coordination experience

• Strong analytical and organizational skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
