Job Summary Develop, implement, and monitor strategies designed to enhance a culture of compliance that is open and transparent. Develop, implement and lead the compliance strategies, plans, policies and procedures, ensuring utilities are compliant with all applicable rules, regulations, laws and other operational requirements throughout the organization. Establishes effective relationships between the external pipeline safety regulatory groups. i.e. Public Service Commission of Wisconsin pipeline safety (PSCW) and internal groups (Operations, Regulatory, and other support organizations). Facilitate compliance efforts while maintaining independence of compliance support functions. Job Responsibilities Liaison between the utilities and regulatory groups such as the PSCW on all pipeline compliance issues Assure incidents and emergencies are communicated as required by procedures, federal regulations, and state regulations to the PSCW, MPSC, MPUC, and PHMSA. Work as a liaison between the company and these regulatory bodies during emergencies as incidents Coordinate and facilitate pipeline safety audits performed by the state regulatory commissions Oversee Regulated Work Function (Surveys) group Respond to state regulatory commissions' verbal requests, notice of probable violations, or other written...
