Full job description
About the Role As a Customer On-Site, you will serve as the main point of contact between Traba's workforce and our client's on-site leadership team. You'll provide dedicated operational oversight to drive service delivery and act as the face of Traba for the account — managing day-to-day worker support, coordinating onboarding and scheduling, and ensuring smooth communication between workers, site supervisors, and Traba's internal operations team. This is a flexible, part-time to full-time role (20–40 hours per week) focused on worker vetting, worker support, and client support. In-person work centers on running candidate tours at the facility; much of the remaining work can be completed remotely. This role requires professionalism, strong communication, and the ability to build strong relationships while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced warehouse / logistics environment.
Responsibilities 20-40 hours per week.
Responsibilities
-
Vetting & Placement: Facilitate candidate tours 4+ times per week — vet candidates, take headshots, and run drug tests. Keep the candidate tracker current with notes, rankings, and schedule preferences, and follow up with every candidate after their tour.
-
Worker & Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with site supervisors, HR, and workers, ensuring both receive timely updates, feedback, and support. Serve as the primary relationship owner with supervisors and key points of contact at the facility.
-
On-Site Coordination: Facilitate worker onboarding, introductions, and first-day check-ins; send placed workers their onboarding materials and coordinate start schedules for new hires. Oversee worker vetting, drug testing, and onboarding end-to-end.
-
Worker Support & Performance: Run a rotating schedule of worker check-ins (after the first shift, first week, 30 days, and every few weeks after) to drive retention and attendance. Assist workers with clock-ins, pay questions, and performance feedback; manage worker performance and escalate issues to internal teams as needed.
-
Communication & Reporting: Act as the bridge between the client site, Traba Ops, and Worker Support teams — responding promptly to client emails about worker coaching, incidents, and issues, and communicating key updates, attendance issues, or staffing changes clearly and professionally.
-
Issue Resolution: Identify and flag worker performance concerns or site challenges early, working proactively to resolve them before they reach site leadership. Handle incident management and escalations.
-
Recruiting Support: Support grassroots and in-person recruiting efforts, and actively collect worker and supervisor referrals to keep the candidate pipeline warm.
-
Account Growth: Identify and drive wallet expansion opportunities within the account.
Requirements
-
High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
-
English required.
-
Availability for 20–40 hours per week, including in-person candidate tours several times per week, and responsiveness to client emails between 9am–9pm.
-
1–2+ years of experience in operations or customer-facing environments, including but not limited to: staffing, manufacturing, warehouse, retail, food service, teaching, or on-site coordination.
-
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills (email and in-person).
-
Professional demeanor and ability to represent Traba with both workers and client stakeholders.
-
Polished and presentable in a customer-facing environment.
-
Warm, friendly, and approachable, with the ability to coach workers and confidently enforce standards.
-
Organized, detail-oriented, and a proactive problem solver.
-
Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic warehouse environments.
Compensation Competitive hourly base pay plus performance-based incentives tied to attendance, shift completion, and overall account health.
