Description
We are looking for a skilled Property Manager to oversee daily operations across commercial and residential properties in San Francisco, California. This Contract position requires someone who can balance tenant service, property performance, and compliance while maintaining well-run facilities. The ideal candidate brings strong property management experience and can handle a diverse portfolio with professionalism and sound judgment.
Responsibilities:

Direct day-to-day management activities for assigned commercial and residential properties, ensuring smooth operations and high service standards

Build and maintain positive tenant relationships by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and coordinating timely follow-up on property issues
-
Oversee leasing support, occupancy tracking, and rent collection while helping protect revenue and minimize vacancies
-
Coordinate maintenance, vendor services, and property inspections to keep buildings safe, functional, and well maintained
-
Monitor property budgets, review operating expenses, and support financial reporting related to portfolio performance
-
Ensure adherence to applicable housing, property, and HUD-related regulations, policies, and documentation requirements

Work closely with owners, internal teams, and service providers to support operational goals and property improvements

Prepare records, status updates, and management reports to document activities, issues, and outcomes across the portfolio
Requirements • Proven experience managing residential, commercial, or mixed-use properties

Working knowledge of property operations, tenant relations, leasing coordination, and facility oversight

Familiarity with HUD guidelines and compliance expectations relevant to managed properties

Ability to manage multiple priorities, vendors, and tenant needs in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Experience working within a property management company or similar real estate environment
