Rate: $24 USD per hour

Internship Overview:

Our 12-week summer internship is designed to give you full exposure to all phases of the property operations process. Spend your summer working at our vibrant Affinity Living Communities and see what all the hype around active adult living is all about! You will gain valuable, hands-on experience working closely with our on-site property management teams on:

  • Resident Engagement and Retention

  • Onsite Resident Events and Culture

  • Sales and Leasing

  • Operations Management

  • Outreach Marketing

  • Financial Reporting and Analysis

  • And more!

Other Details and Qualifications:

  • Looking for students pursuing a degree or career path in: Business Administration, Hospitality, Senior Living, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Leadership & Management, Real Estate, etc.

  • Regardless of your degree, we are searching for people who are passionate about pursuing an internship that allows you to make a difference in other people’s lives.

  • Come help us shape something special!

  • Full-time, 12-week paid internship ($24/hour); start date is dependent on school schedule.

  • Must be a team player who takes a “we over me” approach to building and sustaining relationships with others.

  • Excellent communication skills; must be proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English.

  • Strong computer skills to include proficiency with Microsoft Office.

  • Valid driver's license and insured, operable vehicle.
