Minimum qualifications:
-
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

10 years of experience in advertising, marketing technology, management consulting, or product management.
Preferred qualifications:
-
Advanced degree (eg., MBA or Master's in Science).

Experience with cloud data solutions (e.g., GCP, BigQuery, Ads Data Hub) and core AdTech/MarTech platforms (e.g., DV360, CM360), including familiarity with their associated APIs.

Proven track record designing, piloting, and scaling new initiatives from ambiguity into measurable customer value and a shared goal.

Skilled at aligning stakeholders, driving complex workstreams, and fostering collaborative problem-solving.

Strong written and verbal skills with a talent for translating complex technical concepts into clear, sales-ready language.

The Global Product Solutions (GPS) team is the link between Google products and business. Our mission is to represent advertisers and global market needs in product development, while also bringing clear, packaged solutions to market that drive business results for our customers. As part of GPS, you will help to ensure Google adopts the right strategy for our products and use your expertise to help front-line sales partners work their magic quickly and effectively. The Enterprise and Cloud GPS organization's mission is to create positioning clarity around our enterprise and Cloud solutions and maximize product utility for the world’s largest agencies, partners, and advertisers. Within this organization, the Ads, Cloud and AI team's mission is to deliver integrated, AI-powered solutions that bridge the gap between Ads and Cloud to accelerate marketing innovation and maximize performance.
The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $186000 - $269000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

Define and execute scalable, cross-functional operating models to support activation of all Ads on Cloud product efforts, including go-to-market and support ownership across teams.

Set success metrics, quantify business impact, and drive leadership alignment on the activation framework.

Navigate complex cross-functional dynamics to create and commercialize cohesive “One Google” solutions that bring together core priorities across Ads and Cloud to accelerate AI transformation.

Establish clear market positioning across Ads and Cloud product intersections, with incentive structures and activation pathways to scale tech and product adoption through the third-party partner ecosystem.

Travel globally, when needed, to support and activate sales teams, through roadshows, internal and external meetings.
