- Coordinate the logistics behind operations, sustainment events, training deliveries, and R&D activities, including internal and external meetings, briefings, and team events
- Support coordination of cross-functional activities and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion
- Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and summaries for leadership and program reviews
- Manage and prioritize calendars for the Senior Director and team members, aligning schedules with organizational and mission priorities
- Provide administrative support, including document management, expense tracking, and report preparation
- Facilitate communication between leadership, technical teams, and external stakeholders
- Identify potential bottlenecks early and take decisive action to maintain operational momentum
- Identify and implement process improvements that enhance accuracy and efficiency across Mission Operations, raising the standard of program rigor for the team
- Assist with onboarding new team members by coordinating logistics and ensuring access to systems and resources
- U.S. and international travel in support of Mission Operations planning and execution
