We are currently seeking Demolition Laborers and Equipment Operators to join our growing team. If you have experience in demolition, construction, excavation, site work, or heavy equipment operation, this is an excellent opportunity to earn competitive pay and work consistent hours.

Responsibilities:

• Perform interior and exterior demolition projects safely and efficiently.

• Operate equipment such as excavators, skid steers, loaders, and other demolition machinery.

• Remove debris and load materials for disposal or recycling.

• Assist with site preparation, teardown, cleanup, and material sorting.

• Follow all OSHA and company safety regulations.

• Work alongside crew members to complete projects on schedule.

Qualifications:

• Previous demolition, construction, excavation, or general labor experience preferred.

• Equipment operating experience is a plus.

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work in physically demanding environments.

• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance.

• Valid driver's license preferred.

• Ability to work safely in active construction and demolition sites.

Pay:

$20-$40+/Hour DOE (Depending on Experience)

Schedule:

Full-Time | Monday-Friday

Overtime available based on project needs

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $28.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
