Job Description
This is an applied AI and platform engineering role focused on turning manual, repetitive, and human-brokered operational processes into reliable agent-driven and automated systems. The work has three recurring shapes. First, identifying operational workflows that consume people's time and redesigning them as automation or agents. Second, building durable agent and orchestration infrastructure so those solutions compose rather than accumulate as one-offs. Third, taking prototypes that prove an idea works and replatforming them into secure, observable, supportable production services. You will work in Azure across .NET 10 and C#, Python, React, Azure App Services, Azure SQL, and Logic Apps, with identity and authorization through Entra ID and delivery through Azure DevOps. On the AI side you will work with Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, Microsoft Agent Framework, Azure AI Search, and MCP. This role suits someone who is comfortable in ambiguity, who goes and watches how work is really done before building, and who holds non-deterministic systems to the same engineering standard as deterministic ones.
Skills and Requirements
1.Strong proficiency in .NET (preferably .NET 10 or recent versions), C#, Python, and SQL for backend development.
2.Hands-on experience building with LLMs and AI services, including prompt engineering, and at least one AI-powered feature, agent, or automation you carried into production or near-production and can discuss in technical depth. – Experience enhancing and maintaining existing AI applications through feature development, bug resolution, and workflow optimization,
3.In-depth knowledge of Azure services including App Services, Azure SQL, Logic Apps, and Azure AI tooling such as Copilot Studio, AI Foundry, and AI Search. Previous Microsoft
