Job Summary and Qualifications

Performs maintenance and repair duties and assigned tasks having to do with hospital mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Orders parts and materials as needed. Maintain and repair non-patient contact hospital equipment, and various Life Safety systems.

What qualifications you will need:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • Minimum 3 years maintenance in healthcare or commercial setting

  • Current driver’s license required, Preferred credentials include CFC certification, backflow certification, and specific equipment/systems training.

  • General hand and power tools and test equipment.

  • Good communication and prioritization skills.
