Supply Chain Associate

Primary Location Burnet Campus Department Material Mgt Shift Evening (United States of America) Schedule Full time Weekly Hours 40 FTE 1 Employee Status Regular *Expected Starting Pay Range $16.75 - $20.27 *Starting pay is based on experience, skills, and equity; exceptions may apply for highly qualified candidates. Additional pay (e.g., shift, on-call, or weekend differentials) and benefits may apply. Annual pay may vary based on FTE status. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Order Fulfillment & Distribution * Pick and prepare supply orders for hospital departments * Deliver supplies to designated locations throughout the facility * Ensure orders are completed accurately and efficiently * Support urgent and special supply requests * Maintain clean and organized storage areas Storeroom Operations * Organize inventory to maximize storage efficiency and accessibility * Monitor inventory levels and identify replenishment needs * Maintain inventory transactions within departmental systems * Assist with product movement and material handling activities * Follow established safety and infection prevention guidelines Customer Service & Teamwork * Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to meet supply needs * Provide timely support to internal customers * Communicate inventory issues and supply concerns to leadership * Support department initiatives and process improvement efforts * Assist with additional supply chain functions as assigned JOB QUALIFICATIONS * High school diploma or equivalent About Us At Cincinnati Children's, we come to work with one goal: to make children's health better.
