Senior Property Manager – Canterbury Green Apartments | Fort Wayne, IN

Canterbury Green Apartments is a 2,000-unit community in Fort Wayne, and we’re looking for a Senior Property Manager to lead it. You’ll direct a team of managers, leasing, and maintenance professionals while driving the financial and operational results that make a community thrive.

Compensation and Benefits

  • $100,000 - $105,000 per year, based on experience

  • Leadership role with a large on-site team and real ownership of results

  • Opportunities for growth within a large, established company

What We Need From You

  • Proven experience leading a team, including hiring, coaching, performance reviews, scheduling, and discipline

  • Strong knowledge of all operational and financial areas of an apartment community, including budgeting, reporting, collections, and delinquency handling

  • Experience supervising property managers and maintenance teams

  • Leasing and marketing skills, including market surveys, competitor tracking, and resident retention and renewals

  • Ability to oversee maintenance operations, make-ready, contractors, and bids with an eye on cost control

  • Strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to handle resident and employee concerns professionally

  • Proficiency in spreadsheet and word processing software and property management software

  • Property Manager or Real Estate License as required by state and local law

  • ARM, CAM, CAPS, MPM, or RMP certification is helpful
