Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with the Account Team to highlight risks and establish and nurture trusted relationships with internal Snowflake teams (e.g., Professional Services, Support) and external partners to ensure seamless resource orchestration.
Develop Scalable Programs: Create and deliver reusable, high-impact programs, such as Hands-on Labs (HoLs) and webinars, to educate a wide customer audience on specific platform features and industry best practices.
Technical Feedback Loop & Innovation: Act as a key feedback loop from the field to influence future product development, working closely with Product Management and Engineering teams.
Expert Support and Triage: Efficiently triage a broad array of incoming customer inquiries, assisting the field team with demos, troubleshooting, and identifying opportunities to qualify potential business value for the Expansion team.
