Full job description

About Us We are a premier concierge private nursing in-home company dedicated to delivering bespoke, elevated care to private-pay clients. We believe that exceptional client care starts with exceptional support for our clinical team. By capping caseloads and prioritizing quality over volume, we foster a culture that genuinely values work-life balance, clinical autonomy, and unhurried, compassionate care.

The Role We are seeking a detail-oriented, empathetic Registered Nurse (RN) Care Manager to join our team in a flexible Job Share capacity. In this role, you will partner with another experienced RN to seamlessly divide responsibility for client onboarding, quality oversight, and clinical coordination. This position is ideal for an experienced RN who thrives on providing high-touch personalized care, mentoring colleagues, and maintaining high clinical standards—all while enjoying a predictable, balanced schedule.

Key Responsibilities Client Intros & Starts of Care: Conduct comprehensive, unhurried in-home assessments for new private-pay clients to establish personalized care plans.

Nurse Documentation Review: Audit and review nursing documentation, care logs, and assessments completed by field staff to ensure top-tier clinical accuracy, compliance, and continuity.

Dual-Nurse Onboarding: Lead client introductions and initial care transitions alongside field nurses, modeling best practices and ensuring a smooth integration of care.

Job Share Collaboration: Maintain active, clear communication and seamless handoffs with your paired RN Care Manager to ensure complete coverage and consistency for clients.

Clinical Oversight: Act as a trusted clinical resource and advocate for clients, families, and field nurses and field caregivers, adjusting care plans as needs evolve.

On-Call: Coverage for all on-call nursing responsibilities one week a month.

Requirements

  • Education & License: Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing. BSN preferred
  • Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of clinical nursing experience, with preferred background in home health, private duty, care management, or concierge care.
  • Documentation Standards: Strong eye for detail with a thorough understanding of clinical documentation standards and care planning.
  • Communication & Professionalism: Exceptional interpersonal skills suited for a high-touch, private-pay clientele.
  • Teamwork: Strong collaborative mindset suited for a job-share model and mentoring fellow nursing staff.

Benefits

  • True Work-Life Balance: Shared responsibilities allow for predictable scheduling and peace of mind when off the clock.
  • Manageable Caseloads: Focus on quality of care, deep client relationships, and meaningful outcomes rather than packed daily quotas.
  • Competitive Compensation: Premium pay rates reflecting our concierge model and commitment to attracting top talent.
  • Supportive Environment: A collaborative culture where your expertise is valued and respected.
  • $60 to $70 an hour based on experience
