Description and Requirements Job Description Fixed Term Recruiter - Critical Functions Duration: ASAP - Through End of Year Location: Targeting West or Central Region US & Canada Who You'll Work With As a Fixed Term Recruiter, you will partner with business leaders, hiring managers, and the Talent Acquisition team to deliver top talent in critical business areas. This is a hands-on, full-cycle recruiting role with a focus on candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and offer management. You'll be joining a collaborative, high-performing recruiting team that thrives on delivering results while providing an exceptional candidate experience. What You'll Do In this role, you will manage the end-to-end recruiting process - from proactive sourcing and engaging talent to facilitating interviews and managing offers - for high-priority roles across the business. Your ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining a consultative approach will be key to success. These specific opportunities are supporting Go - To - Market demand for the West and Central regions. Key Responsibilities: Partner with hiring managers to define position requirements, candidate profiles, and recruitment strategies for critical functions. Source and engage top talent through multiple channels, including direct outreach, networking, job boards, and social platforms. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interview facilitation, reference checks, and offer negotiation. Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring smooth logistics and a positive experience for candidates and interviewers. Track recruiting activities and maintain accurate candidate and requisition data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Provide timely updates and communication to both candidates and stakeholders throughout the process. Leverage market insights and talent data to inform recruiting strategies. Ensure all hiring activities align with diversity, equity, and inclusion best practices. What You'll Bring We're looking for an experienced recruiter who is resourceful, organized, and driven to deliver results quickly - without sacrificing quality or candidate experience. Minimum 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in corporate or agency environments. Proven success hiring in critical functions such as technical, commercial, operations, or leadership roles. Strong sourcing skills, including proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent search tools. Experience managing interview logistics and offer processes in a high-volume environment. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple searches simultaneously. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency with ATS platforms and Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Compensation Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.The targeted hourly rate for this role is $55 to $65 an hour. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors.
