Role Summary: The Sr. Transformation Manager owns FSS Academy end-to-end and is accountable for its strategy, experience design, content portfolio, delivery, communications, stakeholder engagement, and impact measurement. The role positions FSS Academy as a primary vehicle for FSS Transformation training and communication, translating transformation priorities into clear, relevant, and measurable learning experiences for FSS audiences. As part of this team, you'll play a key role in bringing strategy to life, partnering closely with L&D peers and leadership to translate priorities into engaging, scalable learning solutions that make a measurable impact. This position focuses on execution, innovation, and continuous improvement of learning experiences, with a strong emphasis on AI-enabled processes and digital learning, helping shape not just what FSS capabilities look like today, but where they are going next. 1. Product Strategy and Roadmap - Own FSS Academy vision, strategy, roadmap, and governance aligned to FSS priorities and transformation goals. - Identify capability gaps, learner needs, and growth opportunities through stakeholder insights, data, and market trends. - Prioritize the FSS Academy portfolio and investments based on business value, learner impact, and strategic outcomes. 2. Learning Experience and Portfolio Design - Design the end-to-end FSS Academy experience, including learning pathways, programs, resources, and communications. - Translate business and transformation priorities into scalable learning solutions and product requirements. - Ensure FSS Academy offerings are learner-centered, accessible, and aligned to business outcomes. 3.
