Senior HRIS Analyst

Job Description

Fulfill HR reporting requests from stakeholders Work through the ServiceNow ticket queue Build and maintain complex HRIS reports Perform data imports and validation Support system configuration questions Partner with HR, Benefits, Payroll, and Operations teams Troubleshoot data issues Create automated reports and alerts Work in a fast-paced, changing environment due to acquisition activities

Skills and Requirements

Advanced HRIS reporting experience (in UKG would be highly preferred) Experience pulling, interpreting, and delivering HR data to business stakeholders Ability to create and manage complex reports, multi-join reports, automated/burst reporting, and reporting based on triggers and workflows Strong Excel skills: advanced formulas, data manipulation, and large dataset analysis Experience partnering cross-functionally and handling ad hoc reporting requests Ability to learn quickly and hit the ground running UKG Pro experience UKG People Analytics experience Studio Alerts experience Web imports experience
