Sr. Software Engineer - LATAM

Job Description

• Own and evolve automated testing tools and frameworks end to end.
• Integrate testing infrastructure into pipelines across multiple studio teams.
• Identify shared technical needs across teams and build solutions before being asked.
• Mentor other engineers on automated testing and Unreal Engine internals.
• Expand tool support to new platforms and projects while maintaining reliability at scale.

Skills and Requirements

• Strong C++ and Unreal Engine 5 experience, including core systems and plugin-level work.

• 4+ years in AAA video game tools development, with real ownership of automated testing tools.

• Direct experience with UE Gauntlet or a comparable engine-level test automation framework.

• Experience working across large, multi-project codebases and multiple version control systems.

• Strong communication skills in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
